University of King's College
Small Wonder...
Founded in 1789, King's College is one of the oldest universities in North America. With an enrolment of just over 1100 students, it's also one of the smallest. We believe our size is one of our greatest assets and we are committed to remaining small and intimate.
... it's the Best of Both Worlds
Located on a compact five-acre campus, King's College sits adjacent to Dalhousie University - an internationally respected research institution. For over 80 years, the two institutions have shared the faculties of Arts and Science.
This unique and highly effective partnership means King's students can study in an intimate learning environment without limiting their academic options. They have full access to all the facilities of a large campus, including over 2,500 classes in a wide range of departments. King's also offers distinct interdisciplinary programmes in the humanities, social sciences and journalism to students at both institutions.
Small wonder... our students say it's the best of both worlds.
