School of Arts and Community Studies
The school offers a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Bachelor of Arts Community Studies degree with majors available in anthropology, Celtic studies, communication, economics, English, ethnomusicology, fine arts, folklore, French, history, Mi'kmaq studies, philosophy, political science, psychology, religious studies, sports management, and sociology.
School of Business
The school offers a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with concentrations in accounting, Canadian studies in business, economics, entrepreneurship, finance, information technology, legal studies, marketing, organization behaviour and industrial relations, and tourism marketing and management. The School also offers a 3-year Bachelor of Hospitality and Tourism Management degree, a 4-year Bachelor of Technology Information degree with concentrations in information management and network management, and a Master of Business Administration (Community Economic Development) degree.
School of Science and Technology
The school offers a Bachelor of Science degree with majors or honours in biology, chemistry, mathematics, and psychology. The school also offers Bachelor of Technology degrees in environmental studies, manufacturing, and petroleum. A Bachelor of Technology Information in Computer Systems Development degree and a Bachelor of Science Community Studies degree are also offered. CBU also boasts the province's second largest engineering faculty and students may earn a Diploma in Engineering prior to transferring to Dalhousie for completion of their Bachelor of Engineering degree. Transfer programs are also available in Computer Science, Agriculture, and Kinesiology.
School of Education, Health and Wellness
The school is home to the Bachelor of Science Nursing and Bachelor of Technology Public Health degrees and also offers a Master of Education degree in cooperation with Memorial University of Newfoundland, Graduate Diplomas in Education, and a Bachelor of Education degree. It also encompasses Distance Education and the English as a Second Language program. An Honours B.Sc. in Human Nutrition transfer programme is also offered.
