Student Residence

A quiet, respectful place to study and live.

As a small university, AST promotes a safe, friendly and smoke-free environment. Our Residence is a co-ed community with students attending AST, Dalhousie, Saint Mary's and Nova Scotia College of Art and Design. Students feel at home here. Everyone knows your name, allowing you to develop lasting friendships.

Large and small single rooms are available with the lowest rates for university residence in Halifax. Our Cafeteria offers a full food service with healthy food choices and is designed to meet the various hours of classes. As a Resident, you will have access to AST's modern Library, part of the Novanet system, with study spaces and public computers available for class work and/or Internet access.

AST is located in south end Halifax, overlooking the Northwest Arm of Halifax. A few minutes walk from Saint Mary's University, Point Pleasant Park and within walking distance to Dalhousie, downtown and Metro bus routes.

Enjoy the peace and tranquility of this beautiful waterfront setting in a residential neighbourhood and still be within walking distance of the downtown area.

For more information on rates and application, visit our web site www.astheology.ns.ca, or call (Nancy Leblanc) 902-496-7942, or visit us at 660 Francklyn Street, Halifax, NS B3H 3B5.
