The Programs that will Prepare You for the Future
When you come to Nova Scotia, you will be immersed in a rich, English-speaking culture. You can choose programs by semester or by full school year, September to June. You can also join an English as a Second Language Camp in July and August.
As part of your time in Nova Scotia high schools, you may take part in two cultural trips a year to other parts of Canada. See our website at http://nsisp.ednet.ns.ca for details.
The NSISP has a unique partnership with the universities of Nova Scotia. Students who graduate from Nova Scotia high schools have guaranteed acceptance to university with a 70% average in required university courses in grade 12. As well, no TOEFL is required for admission to university with 70% in grade 12 English. |
| "I thought it would be hard to make friends if you don't speak the language that well, but it's actually very easy and very much fun"
- Anette Borts, Holland
